Support Options & Fees

Every family who reaches out to us is living inside a different reality.

Some families are in acute crisis and need steady, regular support.
Some need short-term clarity and stabilisation.
Some need ongoing guidance as they work through long-standing family dynamics.
Some need support navigating school, youth services, or justice systems.

Because of this, we don’t offer fixed programmes or one-size-fits-all packages.

Instead, support is tailored around what your family actually needs, the level of intensity involved, and how much support feels realistic and sustainable for you.

Types of Support We Offer

Families work with us in different ways depending on their situation. Support may include:

• Individual sessions with parents or caregivers
• Family sessions with multiple family members
• Sessions with children or teens alongside caregiver support
• Ongoing guidance during periods of crisis or instability
• Short-term stabilisation and clarity-focused support
• Longer-term relational and family systems support
• Optional ongoing support via phone or message between sessions

Some families work with us weekly for a period of time, Some fortnightly, Some book sessions as needed.

We shape the structure together once we understand your situation.

How Fees Work

Because every family’s situation is different, fees are based on the type of support involved, the length and frequency of sessions, and whether ongoing support between sessions is included.

After your 15-minute connection call, we’ll talk with you about what kind of support would feel most helpful for your family right now, and what a realistic structure and fee arrangement would look like.

There is no pressure to commit to anything, and no expectation that you move forward unless it feels right for your family.

Indicative Fee Guide

While all support is tailored, the following ranges are provided as a general guide:

• Individual or parent sessions: from $120.00 per session
• Family sessions: from $160.00 per session

Ongoing support packages are available for families who need steadier guidance between sessions.
